Losing Streak Continues for Astros with 8-2 Loss to Mariners
The losses keep piling up for the Houston Astros.

A good performance from shortstop Harutomi Matsubara helped the Seattle Mariners defeat the Houston Astros, 8-2. Matsubara was 2 for 4 with a home run and a triple, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once for the Mariners. Nate Jackson snagged the win in relief. In 3.2 innings, the right-hander allowed no runs on no hits. He's now 4-8 on the season.

Young-kwang Ohnn had a critical at-bat with one out in the bottom of the sixth for Seattle. He came through with a run-scoring single to put Seattle in front, 4-2.
