Stefanski Dominant in Brewers Victory
|
Milwaukee Brewers starter Nolan Stefanski was in a groove as he led his team to a win over the Miami Marlins, 2-0. Zach Purvis earned the save for Milwaukee, his 14th of the year. The third-place Brewers have won 4 straight.
Miami could barely put a dent in Stefanski. The left-hander tossed 98 pitches over 6.2 innings for the Brewers, allowing only 2 hits.
"We've got guys willing to do what it takes to win," Stefanski told the Milwaukee Observer.
