It was high-fives all around for Imbart Faber at Progressive Field today.

He got them from his teammates and he got them at the plate during an outstanding hitting performance against the Cleveland Indians. Faber smashed 5 hits in 5 at-bats on his monster day, leading his club to a 13-3 win.

"Imbart was hitting everything," said Royals manager Chris Stephan. "It really was a special game for him."

In the opposing dugout, Indians manager Austin Green told BNN beat writers that Faber "ambushed" the club.

"Obviously we didn't have much success against him, but we'll have another chance," the skipper said. "Hopefully, Faber oversleeps next time."

Imbart Faber hit an RBI double in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, hit an RBI single in the 4th, singled in the 6th, doubled in the 7th and walked in the 9th.

In 83 games Faber is hitting .323 this season with 109 hits, 4 home runs, 34 RBIs, 10 walks, .349 OBP and has scored 50 runs.
