						Rangers Upend Angels, 6-2
					 |

The Texas Rangers got a stellar performance from pitcher Larry Legros, who handcuffed the California offense en route to a win, 6-2, at Angel Stadium of Anaheim. Texas is now 90-64, 4 games up in the American League West Division.
Texas used the timely hitting of Sean Geisler to capture the win. The designated hitter socked a solo home run in the top of the seventh inning to put the Rangers ahead, 3-2. It was his only hit in 3 at-bats, but it was a big one.
"We put it together today and came out with the win," Legros said in postgame remarks. "That's the main thing."
