Arp Slugs Blue Jays to 7-2 Win
The Toronto Blue Jays bested the Miami Marlins, 7-2, at Marlins Park. Kirk Arp was one of the standouts. He slugged 2 home runs, while adding 5 RBI and scoring twice. Justin Sedivy snagged the win in relief. In 2 innings, the right-hander allowed no runs on no hits. He's now 2-0 on the season. Toronto goes to 4-2.

Toronto used the timely hitting of Mark Rennie to seize the win. The right fielder stroked a run-scoring single in the top of the ninth inning to put the Blue Jays on top, 3-2. It was his only hit in 3 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.

"I'm proud of the way our guys played today to come out with this win," Rennie told the Toronto Herald.
