Phillies Deal Brewers 11-7 Loss
The Philadelphia Phillies and Milwaukee Brewers put on quite a show.

The Philadelphia Phillies defeated the Milwaukee Brewers, 11-7, at Miller Park. Philadelphia center fielder Eric Katz had a superb performance. He went 2 for 6 with 2 home runs, while adding 6 RBI and scoring twice. John Murray, now 1-1, picked up the win in relief. He allowed no runs on 1 hit in 2.2 innings.

Katz had a game-changing home run in the top of the 12th. On a first pitch sinker from Mekonen Mahfudh, he banged a grand slam home run to right, giving the Phillies a 11-7 lead. It was the 5th home run of the year for Katz.

"I just tried to see the ball and put a good swing on it," said Katz.

The Brewers fall to 9-14 and continue their sub-.500 start to the 2046 season.
