Feeney's Hit Streak Soars to 20 Games Wednesday, June 13th , 2046 Luke Feeney's hitting streak is becoming the talk of Toledo. The 25-year-old right fielder extended it once again today, this time bringing it to 20 games with a 1-for-4 performance against the Omaha Storm Chasers. The Mud Hens took the game, 13-5. "People are starting to bring it up to me when I'm around town," he said. "It's getting stressful." Luke Feeney struck out in the 1st, hit an RBI double in the 2nd, struck out in the 4th, struck out in the 6th and was hit by a pitch in the 8th. |
