Indians on to Conference Championship Friday, October 12th , 2046 The championship dreams are still alive for the Indianapolis Indians, while it's back to the drawing board for the Lehigh Valley IronPigs. By a score of 5-3, Indianapolis won the decisive game at Coca-Cola Park today. The Indians took the series 4-2. Terry Sutherland of the Indians was named the Division Championship MVP. "All our guys are really focused winning the World Series," Sutherland said. "I'm not too concerned about personal awards." The Conference Championship matchups and schedule will be announced after the Division Championship finishes. |
