Reliever of the Year Goes to Totzke
Thursday, February 25th , 2044
Luke Totzke was a calming influence out of the Lakeland Flying Tigers bullpen this season.

His teammates and manager said he had a poised demeanor about him that was typical of someone much older and more experienced. His poise has paid off, as the 23-year-old turned in a sparkling season and has been named the winner of the B Division Reliever of the Year for 2043.

The Algonquin, Illinois native won the award with 2 saves in 24 relief appearances, 50 strikeouts in 33 innings and a record of 1-0 to go with his 2.18 ERA.

He received 30 first place votes, as a unanimous winner. Rhett Beers of the Winston-Salem Dash finished second in voting, while Ming-feng Pi of the Visalia Rawhide finished third.
