Star of the Week Awarded in B Monday, January 2nd , 2045 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the B Division, but last week Steve Byerly of the Brevard County Manatees reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Byerly rocked opposing pitching for a .800 average (4-for-5), no home runs and 4 RBIs to come away with the award. Presently Byerly is batting .250 and has collected 1 home run, 12 RBIs, .318 OBP and scored 8 runs. |
