No Comeback This Season for Walker Saturday, May 19th , 2046 Obviously disappointed, Khalil Walker confirmed today that his season is officially over. The Hudson Valley second baseman offered mostly monosyllabic responses to reporters. "Nope," he said, when asked if he might possibly return this year. The 21-year-old Walker suffered a stretched elbow ligament on 05/16/2046 and has been out of action since. Thus far this season Walker is hitting .289 with no home runs, 5 RBIs and 19 runs scored. He has 33 hits in 114 at-bats and has played in 29 games. |
