Injury Sidelines Moore for Season Wednesday, June 13th , 2046 Obviously disappointed, Chris Moore confirmed today that his season is officially over. The State College reliever offered mostly monosyllabic responses to reporters. "Nope," he said, when asked if he might possibly return this year. The 21-year-old Moore suffered a torn ulnar collateral ligament on 06/10/2046 and has been out of action since. Moore has taken the mound for no relief appearances this season, nailing down no saves while notching a 5-2 record with a 4.23 ERA. The State College reliever has limited opposing batters to a .202 batting average. |
