Week's Top Performer Honored by NL Monday, July 23rd , 2046 The Player of the Week has been announced by the National League. The award went to Gerardo Macias, left fielder of the State College Spikes. He dominated league pitchers with a .500 average to win the honor. Macias went 11-for-22 for the week, totaled 2 home runs with 13 RBIs and scored 12 times. Thus far this year Macias is batting .288 with 3 home runs, 17 RBIs and 19 runs scored. |
