Batavia Muckdogs Mathematically Out of Playoffs Tuesday, August 14th , 2046 Capping off a campaign that may go down in the record books as one of the all-time worst for the Batavia Muckdogs, the team can add "very, very early mathematical elimination from the playoffs" to their list of dubious accomplishments in 2046. The outcome was a virtual certainty for a struggling Muckdogs squad, and they wasted little time getting there. Batavia last appeared in the postseason in 2027. This is their 19th consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 26 times in their 31 - year history. |
