Kellerman Batters Brooklyn for 5 Hits

Some moments become linked with a particular player's career forever. Gregg Kellerman of the West Virginia Black Bears had one of those moments when he went 5-for-6 at the plate today in the 28-0 win over the Brooklyn Cyclones at Russell Diethrick Park.
"I won't forget this anytime soon, and I don't expect it to happen too often," the 21-year-old first baseman told reporters in the postgame interview. "I'll be happy to just get a hit or two every day. Enough to hang around the league a while longer. Like 10, maybe 15 more years."
Gregg Kellerman hit an RBI single in the 1st, singled in the 2nd, walked in the 2nd, hit an RBI single in the 3rd, hit an RBI single in the 4th, grounded out in the 5th and hit a three-run home run off Danny Helm in the 6th.
Kellerman is currently batting .323 with 20 home runs and 68 RBIs.
