NL Best Hitter Award to West Virginia's Gregg Kellerman Saturday, September 1st , 2046 At only 21 years of age, Gregg Kellerman could very well be having many more months like the last this in his career. That would be great news for fans of the West Virginia Black Bears, as August was one to remember for the first baseman and he has captured the National League Batter of the Month award. On the month he hit .506 with 16 home runs, 45 RBIs and 43 runs scored. This year Kellerman has hit at a .324 pace and produced 70 RBIs, 21 home runs and scored 58 runs. |
