Kelly Rockets 3 HR Against Johnson City Thursday, October 4th , 2046 Dallas Kelly showed off his power today as he launched three balls into the seats against the Johnson City Cardinals and sparked the Osprey to a 25-9 victory. "I got some good pitches to hit and turned on them real good," he told reporters in the postgame interview. "I have always liked to hit at Ogren Park at Allegiance Field." For the day, Kelly collected 5 hits in 5 at-bats, scored 5 runs and had 8 RBIs. "He was instant offense today," Missoula skipper Brent McMinn said. "Dallas really put on a show." Dallas Kelly hit a three-run home run off Emmanuel Godfrey in the 1st, hit a two-run home run off Emmanuel Godfrey in the 3rd, doubled in the 5th, hit a two-run home run off Andy Fitzsimmons in the 5th, hit an RBI single in the 6th and was hit by a pitch in the 8th. Kelly on the season is hitting .376 with 46 home runs. His stats include 162 RBIs and 148 runs scored. |
