Palmowski Crashes 3 HR Against Orem Wednesday, October 10th , 2046 Jeff Palmowski went yard three times in a Cleveland (APP) Indians victory over the Orem Owlz at Cleveland Indians Complex today. "I was in a groove," he said. "Every pitch they tossed up there looked like a grapefruit." For the day, the Cleveland (APP) right fielder went 3-for-4 against Orem with 4 RBIs and 3 runs scored in a brilliant display of power hitting that led the Indians to the 14-8 win. "I tell you what. I'm shocked because I didn't think that last ball had enough to get out," he told BNN reporters in the clubhouse following the game. "I thought it was just going to be a long out." Jeff Palmowski hit a two-run home run off Lense Heus in the 1st, flied out in the 2nd, hit a solo-shot off Jim Sawicki in the 4th and hit a solo-shot off Ju-wei Long in the 6th. For the season Palmowski has hit .343 with 62 home runs and 148 RBIs. He has played in 68 games and scored 112 times. |
