National League Picks October's Best Batter Thursday, November 1st , 2046 Ray Insley made his presence known as one of the best young stars in the National League this past month. The Grand Junction Rockies first baseman shined through the month of October and has won the Batter of the Month award. The 22-year-old hit .562 with 17 home runs, 42 RBIs and 42 runs scored. This season Insley has hit 68 home runs and posted a .409 batting average. |
