Dixon 5-for-5 for Phillies Tuesday, January 16th , 2046 It was a big day for Bob Dixon and he brought the Philadelphia (WIN) Phillies along for the ride. Dixon led his club to a 8-2 victory over the Cleveland (WIN) Indians today at Indians Developmental Complex, smoking Cleveland (WIN) pitching for 5 hits in 5 at-bats. The 24-year-old right fielder later called the victory "sweet." Bob Dixon hit an RBI single in the 1st, singled in the 4th, singled in the 6th, hit an RBI single in the 7th and doubled in the 9th. This season Dixon has hit at a .272 clip and produced 19 RBI, 4 home runs and 16 runs. |
