It's Spencer Jones, this year's Division A Pitcher of the Year Award selection. This blossoming hurler wowed fans, peers and sportswriters with a fabulous performance. Jones compiled a 8-2 record in 10 starts, tallied 99 strikeouts in 67 innings and recorded a 1.34 ERA. Other clubs managed only a .192 batting average against him. He received 25 first place votes out of a possible 30.
