B Top Player, 2045 Choice Is Kubo

He may have less experience than most of his Winter League Baseball peers, but that didn't slow Osamu Kubo down at all in 2045.
At the age of 22, the Philadelphia (WIN) left fielder has been named the winner of the Division B Most Valuable Player Award.
He had a .337 batting average and a .422 on-base percentage this year. In 44 games he piled up 59 hits, 16 doubles, 1 triple, 9 home runs, 32 RBIs and 31 runs scored.
"I'm blown away by the season I was able to put together," he said. "I'm looking forward to trying to do it all again next year."
He received 27 first place votes out of a possible 30. Brent Albertson of the Cleveland (WIN) Indians finished second in voting with 1 first place vote, while Bob Morales of the Atlanta (WIN) Braves finished third.
