Injury Derails Season for Landa Monday, December 3rd , 2046 Orlando Landa has to call it a season. The Miami (WIN) Marlins catcher learned today that the full extent his injury suffered on 12/01/2046 is worse than hoped. He will not play again this year according to club doctors, who diagnosed the injury as a torn anterior cruciate ligament and stated that he would not be able to play for 7-8 months. The team will likely place Landa on the injured list today. This season Landa is batting .105 with 0 RBIs, 0 runs scored and no home runs. |
