League Issues 2-Game Suspensions for Brawl Wednesday, December 19th , 2046 The league commissioner's office had responded quickly to yesterday's major incident at Champion Stadium involving the Braves Corey Dalton and the Orioles Ace Ventura. Both players have been given 2-game suspensions for violation of the league code of conduct. The suspensions will be effective immediately. In 23 games this year Dalton has posted a .295 average and put up these numbers: 1 home run, 11 RBIs and 4 runs scored. |
