Reliever Ventura Will Retire Monday, December 24th , 2046 Baseball News Network is reporting that Ace Ventura will be retiring at season's end. The 40-year-old Baltimore (WIN) Orioles reliever could not be reached for comment, but BNN said the organization has confirmed the player's intentions. Since he came into the league, Ventura has made 230 appearances, putting up a 39-47 record with 5 saves. In 811.1 innings he has struck out 646 batters, issued 250 free passes and held other teams to a .255 average. |
