San Francisco-Atlanta Trade Confirmed Friday, November 16th , 2046 The San Francisco Giants have finalized a deal with the Atlanta Braves for the services of 28-year old RHP Alex Montes. In exchange, the Braves will receive 34-year old RHP Nicolas Coppola II, 22-year old minor league 2B Sadataka Kuwahara, a 1st round draft pick, and a 2nd round draft pick. San Francisco will retain a portion of Coppola II's remaining contract. In his 437-game career Coppola II has put up a 2.83 ERA and fanned 3187 hitters in 2824 innings. His career record stands at 250-61 with 1 save. During his career Montes has appeared in 152 games, logging 298.2 innings with 271 strikeouts. He has carved out a 5.48 ERA with 7 wins and 8 losses and posted 19 saves. |
