Season Ends for Stiff Wednesday, November 28th , 2046 The news was not unexpected, but that didn't make it easier to accept for the Washington State University Cougars: reliever John Stiff is out for the year. Stiff suffered a torn labrum on 11/26/2046. The team knew that the chances of seeing him return were slim to none. But today it was made official. This year Stiff is 3-and-1 with no saves and a 4.41 ERA. He has given up 28 hits in 34.2 innings with 25 strikeouts. |
