Holland Pounds DIV I Pitchers This Week Monday, December 24th , 2046 17-year-old Paul Holland sent shock waves through Evolution last week with an eye-popping performance that brought him the Dvision 1 Player of the Week Award. A newcomer to the league, Holland made the establishment sit up and take notice, punishing opposing pitchers with a .417 average, 10 hits in 24 at-bats, 3 home runs and 11 RBI. Where the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Tar Heels first baseman goes from here, only the baseball gods know for sure, but Holland certainly made his mark last week. So far this season Holland has 10 home runs and a .290 batting average. |
