Farren Sensational, 5-for-6

Eric Farren said "it felt like taking batting practice" today at ThunderBolts Center, and it showed in the box score. The York second baseman had a fantastic 5-for-6 day against the Windy City ThunderBolts, leading his club to victory, 16-4.
"I was seeing the ball very well and it was going just about anywhere I wanted," Farren said later."
Eric Farren grounded out in the 1st, hit a three-run home run off Mark Fedor in the 2nd, hit a two-run home run off Chris Myers in the 4th, hit an RBI double in the 5th, doubled in the 7th and hit a two-run home run off George Crousse in the 8th.
Looking at his stats this year, Farren has compiled a .349 batting average, while hitting 40 home runs and driving in 112 runs. He has played in 95 games and scored 95 runs.
