Amarillo shortstop Elias Sagrero thrice sent eager fans scurrying to catch a souvenir, helping lead the Amarillo to a 24-1 win over Madison. "Hey, the three homers were great, but I'm just trying to help my ballclub," Sagrero said later. "I'm not going out there thinking I need another home run." Sagrero was 4-for-4 on the day with 6 RBI. Elias Sagrero hit a two-run home run off Ryan Powers in the 1st, hit a two-run home run off Tony Beaumond in the 3rd, hit a solo-shot off Tony Beaumond in the 4th, hit an RBI single in the 4th, walked in the 6th and walked in the 7th. To date this season Sagrero is hitting .326 with 23 home runs. |
