ThunderBolts White Strikes out 15 Tuesday, October 2nd , 2046 Tom White of the Windy City ThunderBolts put on a pitching clinic today at ThunderBolts Center as he struck out 15 Paris Cubs in a 7-1 victory. White was simply magnificent as he held the Cubs to 1 hit. He walked 0. "I felt okay at the beginning," White said, "but eventually my changeup really started working. I also have to thank my catcher for calling a great game." When asked about White's performance, ThunderBolts manager Werner Leal shook his head and said, "Yeah, he was good out there today. He was dominating." Checking out his stats for the season, White has notched 7 wins and 1 loss in 17 starts, 2.70 ERA and struck out 133 batters in 90 innings. |
