Oaks Advance to World Series Thursday, November 8th , 2046 Fans at Oakland Oaks Grounds saw the Semi-Finals come to a close today, as the Oakland Oaks defeated the Colorado Avalanche by a score of 7-0, and advanced to the World Series. Oakland won the series 4-1 and will now continue their march toward the World Series. "It feels good to be moving on, I can't deny it," said catcher Ed Talamantes, who was named series MVP. "Not everyone thought we'd make it this far." The World Series matchups and schedule will be announced after the Semi-Finals finishes. |
