ORI Trophy Goes to Smith of Oregon State University Monday, January 8th , 2046 His hard work and hustle paid off this week. The hard-working and hard-playing Gary Smith was rewarded with the Division 1 Player of the Week honors. The scrappy Oregon State University Beavers third baseman hit .625 while collecting 10 hits in 16 at-bats, 2 home runs and 12 RBIs. So far this year, Smith is batting .333 with 19 home runs and 96 RBIs. |
