University of Florida-California State University at Fullerton Brawl, Weishampt and Valdez Suspended Sunday, October 28th , 2046 Lião Weishampt of University of Florida and Alex Valdez of California State University at Fullerton were the main participants in a recent bench-clearing brawl and today the league handed out its punishment. Weishampt will have to miss 4 games for his part in the brawl, while Valdez was given 6 games. League officials announced their suspensions today. Weishampt is presently hitting at a .122 pace with 1 home run, 4 RBIs and has scored 2 times. Valdez has a 1-2 season record so far. In 12 starts, he has fanned 43 batters in 58 innings with a 2.17 ERA. |
