SL2 Trophy Goes to Buendia of University of Minnesota Monday, December 10th , 2046 This week's premier performer in the Sub League 2 was third baseman Ozzie Buendia of the University of Minnesota Golden Gophers. He banged out a .435 average and was voted the Player of the Week. Over the last week Buendia socked 10 hits in 23 at-bats and 4 home runs, drove in 6 runs and scored 8 times. Thus far this year Buendia has hit .196 with 10 home runs and 32 RBIs. |
