Injury Setback for Indians Quintana Thursday, April 18th , 2047 The Indianapolis Indians plan to take it slow with left fielder Jorge Quintana, knowing that his recovery from patellar tendinitis would likely include a few bumps in the road. A team spokesman told BNN, "Jorge has up days and down days. It's still a process. He was feeling really good and then he had a step back. The doctors say it will be about 4 days before he can be activated." Quintana has a .367 average and a .355 on-base percentage for the year. He has picked up 11 hits, no home runs and driven in 5 runs. |
