Zacarias on Fire, 5-for-7 Against El Paso Wednesday, May 15th , 2047 A big day at bat for Hugo Zacarias of the Sacramento River Cats still ended with a loss. The Sacramento left fielder did all he could do, going 5-for-7, but it was not enough to overcome the El Paso Chihuahuas. They triumphed over Sacramento 5-3 at Southwest University park. Hugo Zacarias doubled in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, singled in the 4th, doubled in the 6th, tripled in the 8th, struck out in the 10th and struck out in the 12th. Thus far in 2047 Zacarias is hitting .303 with 1 home run, 5 RBIs, 12 runs scored and has compiled a .361 OBP. |
