Injury Sidelines Moncada for Season Thursday, June 27th , 2047 Josh Moncada has to call it a season. The Omaha Storm Chasers starting pitcher learned today that the full extent his injury suffered on 06/24/2047 is worse than hoped. He will not play again this year according to club doctors, who diagnosed the injury as a torn flexor tendon in his elbow and stated that he would not be able to play for 7 months. The team will likely place Moncada on the injured list today. This year Moncada has a 2-3 record and a 2.85 ERA. |
