Catalano Is AL's Best Pitcher in September Tuesday, October 1st , 2047 In September, the top-rated pitcher in the American League was a reliever. It's not a common occurrence, but it does happen occasionally. The Scranton WB RailRiders fine hurler, Tim Catalano stood out so much that he was picked the best Pitcher of the Month by the American League.
