Ready Named Top Reliever for NL Friday, November 8th , 2047 At the young age of only 24, Josh Ready has been named the National League Reliever of the Year winner for 2047. The future appears bright for the Iowa Cubs relief ace, who captured the award with 22 saves in 61 relief appearances, 93 strikeouts in 92 innings and a record of 9-6 to go with his 2.15 ERA. He received 30 first place votes, as a unanimous winner. Alberto Negrete of the New Orleans Zephyrs finished second in voting, while Justin Sullins of the Gwinnett Braves finished third.
