3-Game Suspensions for Wiebe-Kenney Fight Wednesday, June 26th , 2047 The shenanigans between the Tulsa Drillers and San Antonio Missions will leave them a little short-handed for a few games. The Drillers Kevin Wiebe and the Missions Steve Kenney were suspended by the league for 3 games following the on-field battle this week at ONEOK Field. Looking at his present stats, Wiebe has compiled a .152 batting average in 66 games with a .296 on-base percentage, while hitting 9 home runs and driving in 24 runs. This season Kenney has been credited with no saves. In 19 relief appearances and 22.2 innings he has a 2-0 won-lost mark, a 2.78 ERA and 26 strikeouts. |
