No Comeback This Season for Howington Friday, July 5th , 2047 Ken Howington had hoped for the best, but expected the worst. Today, he learned from the Trenton medical staff that he would miss the rest of the season. The Trenton starting pitcher suffered a torn flexor tendon in his elbow in an earlier ballgame. He admitted to being discouraged, but said he plans to come back strong next year. In 11 starts this season Howington has recorded a 1-4 record and a 4.40 ERA. |
