Korte Silences Portland, 6-0 Friday, July 26th , 2047 New Hampshire pitcher Dan Korte put on a show today and walked away with a 6-0 shutout victory over the Portland Sea Dogs, throttling them on 3 hits. He cruised through the Sea Dogs lineup, fanning 5 and walking 1 in a strong outing. "He was very efficient and he hit his spots," Fisher Cats manager Stu Cole said after the game. "He stayed down in the zone and stayed away from the middle of the plate." To date this season, Korte has a record of 9 wins and 2 losses and a 2.36 ERA.
