Marks Blisters Tennessee Wednesday, August 7th , 2047 Springfield Cardinals catcher Mark Marks went 5-for-7 today and paced Springfield to a 12-5 victory over the Tennessee Smokies at Smokies Park. "Well, that was fun," Marks said following the game. Mark Marks doubled in the 1st, grounded out in the 3rd, hit a two-run double in the 5th, flied out in the 7th, singled in the 9th, singled in the 11th and hit a GRAND SLAM off Jose Marrero in the 12th. This season Marks is hitting .302 with 12 home runs. |
