Wilkins Week's Top Player Monday, August 26th , 2047 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the American League, but last week Robert Wilkins of the Northwest Arkansas Naturals reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Wilkins rocked opposing pitching for a .480 average (12-for-25), 1 home run and 3 RBIs to come away with the award. This year Wilkins is batting .254 with 2 home runs. |
