Playoffs Won't Happen for Curve Wednesday, September 25th , 2047 Fans of the Altoona Curve will no doubt soon start turning their attention to next season -- if they haven't already. The team today was officially eliminated from playoff contention. Altoona last appeared in the postseason in 2045. This is their 2nd consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 20 times in their 32 - year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Curve have missed the playoffs 7 times. |
