Division Championship Goes the Distance, Harrisburg Prevails

It went the distance, but the Harrisburg Senators finally disposed of the San Jose Giants 3-2 in the series clincher at FNB Field.
Winning the finale gave the Senators the series, 4-3. They will now advance to the Conference Championship.
The Most Valuable Player Award went to Harrisburg second baseman Pat Drader. He batted .480 in the series, collecting 4 RBIs and scoring 5 runs.
"Pat deserves it," said Senators manager J.B. Bukauskas. "He was the glue that held our club together."
The Conference Championship matchups and schedule will be announced after the Division Championship finishes.
