Lakeland's Agdeppa Voted B's #1 Skipper Friday, February 15th , 2047 Club officials have reported seeing Melchor Agdeppa at the ballpark as early as 7 am. His dedication, coupled with a shrewd management style and a knack for knowing "who's hot and who's not" earned Agdeppa the B Division Manager of the Year Award for 2046. "I guess you could say I pushed all the right buttons at the right time for the Flying Tigers to have the season we did. But keep in mind, too, that I also had a group of dedicated ballplayers who played their hearts out. I thank them for winning this award for me." There was much joy in Lakeland this season. Their beloved Flying Tigers took first place in the B Division, rounding out the year with a 31-11 record. |
