Aguinaga Has Season End Wednesday, January 2nd , 2047 Ricardo Aguinaga has to call it a season. The Myrtle Beach Pelicans first baseman learned today that the full extent his injury suffered on 12/31/2046 is worse than hoped. He will not play again this year according to club doctors, who diagnosed the injury as a broken kneecap and stated that he would not be able to play for 7-8 months. The team will likely place Aguinaga on the injured list today. For the season Aguinaga is hitting .256, batted in 27 runs with 6 home runs and 17 runs scored. |
