Greenville-Lexington Fight Results in Suspensions Sunday, June 9th , 2047 Carlos Guerra of Greenville and Matt Slater of Lexington were the main participants in a recent bench-clearing brawl and today the league handed out its punishment. Guerra will have to miss 5 games for his part in the brawl, while Slater was given 3 games. League officials announced their suspensions today. So far this year Guerra has hit .227 with 4 home runs, 20 RBIs and 21 runs scored. On the year Slater has worked 12.1 innings with 16 strikeouts en route to a 0-0 record and 5.84 ERA. |
